BHE Mission Statement

BHE is for anyone, anywhere, anytime, individuals, groups, and corporations!
BHE is an established Self-Development System of educational projects designed with a psychoeducational basis in order to connect physical, mental, and social health for total wellness. And always within a psychoanalytic perspective in order to revisit the past with new insights, and to go further on our inner and outer journeys.
The Public Health Prevention Model was designed with three levels for conditions impacting only physical health.
BHE reintroduced the concept by incorporating the three prevention levels to
Physical Health, Mental Wellness, and Social Health.
First Prevention: No symptoms or may be at risk.
Secondary Prevention: At risk or symptoms appearing
Third Prevention: Full-blown symptoms
